Facilities Operations Team Member

Overview

Allaso Ranch is seeking a dedicated, ministry-minded individual to join our Facility Operations Team. This team plays a vital role in maintaining our premier camp and retreat center, which features beautifully landscaped grounds, a water park, private lakes, wooded trails, sports fields, and an equestrian center. If you have a heart for service and a passion for keeping facilities in top condition, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all facilities, ensuring safety and functionality (lighting, plumbing, general repairs, pool maintenance, landscaping).
  • Conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and assist with event operations as needed.
  • Work scheduled shifts with on-call availability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; trade school or college preferred.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and tools.
  • Bonus skills: road repair, lake management, welding, fencing, chiller/sprinkler systems, or forestry management.
  • Must be honest, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions, lift/carry maintenance-related items, and operate camp vehicles/equipment.
  • Must uphold Christian values, pass an annual background check, and complete child safety training.
