The Allaso Ranch Camp and Retreat Center Internship Program is designed to equip young adults with a deeper understanding of Christ-centered leadership. This is done through the development of professional skills, ministry preparedness, and spiritual development. This position leads through behind-the-scenes work and through up-front leadership opportunities. This is a mentoring relationship working alongside the Camp Director and the Conference Center and Programs Manager.

This program is exclusive to those who have displayed excellent interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills. You will serve as a Conference Center Specialist through the retreat season and operate as Summer Camp Leadership during the summer camp months. This team assists in the day to day activities of Allaso Ranch and as programming staff on weekends and summer months. They must have the capacity to serve the ministry of Fellowship Church at Allaso Ranch and be active in the local community. This is a one year commitment, living in East Texas, monthly stipend and lodging is provided.

It is expected that those interested in this position at Allaso Ranch will have prior experience serving at Allaso Ranch Summer Camp and Retreat Center. They must have a willing desire to be a growing disciple of Christ and a member of Fellowship Church.
