Allaso Ranch is looking for young men and women with great leadership skills who have a calling to be servant leaders on our team. These Team Lead positions will give you opportunities to lead summer staff, students and volunteers daily in numerous tasks throughout the summer. These team leads will report to Allaso Ranch’s full time staff daily and operate in important roles during the summer. Applicants must be a student currently attending a college or university.
